Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through our historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. The grapes for this wine were sourced from premium vineyards in the Barossa Valley where they were fermented at cooler temperatures for approximately ten days followed by secondary fermentation and maturation in a combination of French and American oak for twelve months to allow the wine to further develop in flavour and complexity.
